Horn Vision has got the professional capacity and resources to provide capacity building trainings to local NGOs and public institutions. Recent trainings that the NGO facilitated include: 1. Human Resource Management Training to Puntland key public sector managers conducted in Aril 2011 by the Ministry of Labour and sponsored by UNDP 2. Poverty monitoring training conducted in March 2011 by UNDP and the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation 3. National Human Development Report Workshop on Youth conducted and sponsored by UNDP in April 2011.

Distribution of food and nutrient rations in April to 500 and 300 IDPs families in Bosaso and Garowe respectively the government, traditional elders and religious groups to engage peace brokering deal between the sub-clans. Horn Vision (HV) has been fully committed to broker peace in inter-clan conflicts particularly in Ufeyn, Rako and Bari region through mobilization of Elders and other social groups.
